\nDesigning with existing materials\n<\/h2>

At ReCarp, a floor does not begin with a product, but with material. Used carpet tiles are collected, carefully selected, and applied again in new floor designs.<\/span><\/p>

The subtle differences in color, texture, and structure that emerge from this process form the base for unique patterns and compositions. In this way, a material that has already had a previous life gains a new role within the interior of a space.<\/span><\/p>

What happens when reclaimed carpet tiles become the starting point for a design?\nTogether with the designers at Studio Simone Post, ReCarp developed a series of floor designs in which existing materials are translated into new patterns.<\/p>
